To ensure the best experience and results, we recommend arriving with clean skin (free of makeup, lotions, or oils) and wearing comfortable, loose-fitting clothing. If your treatment involves the face or upper body, consider wearing a top that allows easy access to the treated area.

Avoid tight or restrictive clothing, especially around areas being treated. This helps us work efficiently while keeping you comfortable throughout your session.

Treatment times vary depending on the service, but most sessions range between 45 to 75 minutes, including a brief consultation to tailor the experience to your needs.

Some sessions combine multiple treatment areas or techniques and may include both face and body work. Shorter treatments or introductory sessions may last around 20 minutes, while more comprehensive experiences may take up to 75 minutes.
